It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael R. Brooks of Shakopee, Minnesota, who passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Brooks and Edna "Jeanie" Brooks (Miller); his granddaughter Emma Grommesch; and his brother-in-law Darryl Pricco. He is survived by: his wife Linda Aldrich; his children, Jay Grommesch (Ali Brandt) and Gena Lamontagne (Beau); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Jude Lamontagne, Lucy and Sylvie Grommesch; his sister Susan Brooks Derhaag; his niece Melissa Mikkonen (Eric); his nephew Mike Derhaag; and his sister-in-law Beth Pricco.
