She is survived by: her husband Joe Meuffels; her children, Amy Samson (Tim), Connie Maresch (Patrick), Michele Dauwalter (Chad) and Jake Meuffels; her grandchildren, Alex, Mitchell, Abigail, Emily, Sawyer, Sullivan and Stella; and her siblings, Jerry Theis (Jane), Glen Theis (Glenda), Sue Wiggins (Cal), Wendi Kerber (Joe), Mark Theis (Kate), Mary West (Art), Margie Romine (Jack), Tony Theis (Candy), Jimmy Theis (Kristy) and Gary Theis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the McNearney-Schmidt Funeral and Cremation (1220 3rd Ave E, Shakopee, MN 55379). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Shakopee VFW, Post 4046 (1201 3rd Ave E, Shakopee, MN 55379).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
