He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; his children, Mike (Tammy Dahlke), Paul (Michele) and Kim Hastings (Jim); and his grandchildren, Jackson Dahlke, Autumn Haeg, Kelly Manson (Mike), Meribeth, Allyson and Cayleigh Hastings.
Memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Association.
