He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Jennifer and Catherine (Sady); his stepchildren, Julie, John, Jacque and Jill; his grandchildren, Morgan, Alex, Erik, Stephanie, Haley, Sam, Kane, Kayle, August and Oliver; and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Alese, Henrik and Ivar.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Bill's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Caring & Sharing Hands — two causes close to his heart that he contributed to.
