She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Howard and Amelia Howard (Wink); her husband Walter Menssen; her brother Gene Howard; her daughter-in-law Cindy; her grandson John; and her great grandchild Waylon.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry Menssen of Sherburn and Kenneth (Hwa Menssen) of Sherburn, Minnesota; and her sister June Mueller (Keith) of Watertown, Minnesota..
