It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marlene A. Kuntz of Sherburn, Minnesota, who passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Hoover and Alice Hoover (Niss); her husband Chuck Kuntz of John's Evangelical; her grandson Joshua Olson; her brother Tom Hoover; and her sister-in-law Barb Hagen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Gaare (Mark Hobbs), Pamela Heifner (Todd), Diane Kuntz and Kathy Olson (Dean Schumacher); her grandchildren, Jeffery Sorum, Molly Gaare, Kevin Gaare (Andrea), Amanda Olson (Chris Roberts) and Matthew Olson; and her great grandchildren, Addison, Chloe, Isabella, Nellie and Wyatt. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (317 S Main St, Sherburn, MN 56171). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
