He was predeceased by: his wife Joan (Ennis); his parents, Andrew and Florence; his sisters, Vicki, Meg, Georgianna and Ellie; and his siblings' children, Bev, Candy, Jesse, Steve, Kenny, Skip and Travis.
He is survived by: his daughter Patty Fellner (Steve); his grandson Josh LaMere (Rose); his son Dr. Mike (Marcia); his grandson Daniel (Jessie); his great grandchildren, FitzReilly, Orion and Alexandria Cecelia; his son Jeff (Sandy); his grandson Andy (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Ava Ann and Wesley Ambrose; his son Jim (Kris); his brother Gene (JoAnne); and his godchildren, Cindy Kurkowski and Dave Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
