She was predeceased by: her husband Jim. She is survived by: her children, David Kolden (Anne) and Laurie Dvorak (Dean); and her grandchildren, Jacob, Elizabeth, John Kolden, Michael Dvorak (Laura), Deanna Youngquist (Nathanial) and Andrew Dvorak (Larissa). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends.
