He was predeceased by: his father Harold; and his brother Tim. He is survived by: his mother Loretta; his daughters, Amy McDonough (Scott), Suzanne Voerding (Jordan) and Jaclyn Slomkowski (Jason); his siblings, Diane, Tom and Shelly; and his nephew Claire. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
