It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Grade of Shoreview, Minnesota, who passed away on September 7, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Dr. John Grade; and his brothers, Dr. Thomas and Michael Grade. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his sons, John, III (Maria), Benjamin Grade and Kenneth Bougie (Johanna); his grandchildren, Micaela, Natalia and Samuel Grade; his siblings, Matt, Andrew (Tricia), Jean, Mary (Pete), Charles (Barb), Benjamin (Sandy), Johanna (Jack) and Margaret; and his brother-in-law Edward Bougie (Sommer). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

“I'm guessing that this John Grade (Sam) is the same man that I used to work with at JCPenney back in the early 70's when he was working at the JCP store on E. Lake Street in Mpls. I remember helping him move when bought a house on Oliver in N. Mpls in early 70's. So sorry to hear of his passing. I remember him as a good man, who smiled a lot, had good principles ...may he rest in peace with the Lord.”
