She was predeceased by: her husband Donald B. Moldenhauer (Anthony Siedlecki); her parents, Joseph Cunnien and Eva Cunnien; and her siblings, Richard Cunnien and Janice Mades.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Moldenhauer (Susan) and Lynne Opheim (David); and her grandsons, Kyle and Michael. She is also survived by loving nephews, niece, cousins, and special friends.
