He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cook and Laura Cook (Negler); his son Richard; and his siblings, Bill, Colleen, Kathrine and Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Bieneman; and his children, Barbara Cook, Linda Brasaemle (Bruce) and James Cook. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many nephews and nieces; along with other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
