With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ying Shen of Shoreview, Minnesota, who passed away on November 22, 2025 at the age of 54. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ying leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Ying may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Erin and Matthew; her niece Emily; and her brother Wang Lei.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roseville Memorial Chapel (2245 Hamline Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Twin Cities Chinese Christian Church (1752 Terrace Dr, Roseville, MN 55113).
