He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Dickinson and Myrtle Dickinson (Crossland); his brother Richard; his sons, Larry and Darrell; and his son-in-law Allen Hagood.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Holmes; and his children, Terry Dickinson (Debra), Cindy Donner (Bill), Sherry Hagood and Yvonne Brickles. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and several great and great-great-grandchildren.
