Robert E. Allar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert E. Allar of Silver Bay, Minnesota, who passed away on December 12, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allar and Vera Allar (Chalmers); and his siblings, Charlotte, Alice, Geraldine, Corwin, Edward and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Brian Allar (Kim), Doralee Allar and Melanie Thiesen; his stepchildren, Dean Carter (Judy), Larry Carter (Tammy) and LeeAnn Johnson (Mike); and his siblings, Vernon Allar and Margaret Johnson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (107 Outer Dr, Silver Bay, MN 55614). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
