He is survived by: his children, Gary Lhotka (Terri), Dale Lhotka (Lori), Cindy Klitzke and Debra Peterson (Dan); his grandchildren, Shelly (Robert), Jesse (Brittany), Alicia (David), Hayley (Aidan), Kalli (Kyle) and Chloe (Dillan); and his great grandchildren, Kendra, Klaire, West, Tate, Breckin, Adelyn, Lucia and Alayah.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Holy Family Church (700 Main St W, Silver Lake, MN 55381). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
