It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amanda Kay Pankonin (Slayton, Minnesota), born in Marshall, Minnesota, who passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Russell Muecke, Arlie Muecke-Sellevold (A. R. Sellevold) and JoAnne Heidebrink; her father-in-law Mark Pankonin; and her stepgrandparents, John, Gloria Vetter, Chet and Mona Flack.
She is survived by: her parents, Brett Muecke (Jennifer Muecke) and Shari Heidebrink Muecke (Greg Flack); her husband Hunter Pankonin; her son Judson of Lamberton, MN; her siblings, Brittany, Geoffrey Longhurst of Denver, CO and Garrett Muecke (Kaitlyn VandenBosch) of Slayton, MN; her stepsiblings, Nicole Flack (Matt Thompson) of New York City, NY, Tyler Flack (Paige Harpenau) of Surprise, AZ and Connor Flack (Ashley Vetscher) of Glendale, AZ; her grandfather Ron Heidebrink of Slayton, MN; her mother-in-law Jessica Doss of Alexandria, MN; her in-laws, Bailey Pankonin (Tyler Smith) and Sydney Pankonin (Riley Strate) of Brookings, SD; and also Bryndle of Cardwell, MT. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to any Minnwest Bank in care of Judson Pankonin, Amanda and Hunter's son.
