He was predeceased by: his parents, August Berglund and Bertha Berglund (Peterson); his wife Sandra Langfeldt; his grandson Dalton Keeler; his brothers, Ted and Albert; his siblings-in-law, Vesta Berglund, Marion Berglund, Eleanor Berglund, Doris Berglund, Donna Boltjes, Robert Heikes, Herman Deyonge and Robert Kadus; and his parents-in-law, Eldo, Pearl Langfeldt, Elmer and Evelyn Heikes.
He is survived by: his children, Julie McCarvel (Ron) of Brewster, MN, Tim Berglund (Cindy) of Adrian, MN, Darla Keeler of Slayton, MN, Kaylean Berglund of Fulda, MN, Brian Berglund (Lori) and Cory Berglund of Worthington, MN; his siblings, Aletha DeYonge of Staples, MN, Alvina Kadus of Pillager, MN and Bernard Berglund of Slayton, MN; and his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Stansbury (Rob) of Sioux Falls, SD, Val Osland (Lowell) of Storden, MN and Judy Heikes of Ellsworth. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Totzke Funeral Home (2100 Broadway Ave, Slayton, MN 56172). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (27980 130th St, Fulda, MN 56131).
