He is survived by: his daughters, Deb (Michael Geister), Cheryl (Daniel Fessenden), Amy (Mark Benda), Brenda (Tom Banks) and Katherine "Kate" (David Safstrom); his grandchildren, Jordan Geister, Jaron Geister (Beauty), Ashlyn Jones (Archie), Christopher Ninemann, Hailey VanEck, Zachary VanEck, Justin Benda, Carter Benda, Mason Walberg (Alysha), Dylan Walberg, Zach Banks, Gabe Banks, Ian Banks, Liberty McKim (Luke) and Lauryn Keith (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Brantley, Paxtyn, Everleigh, Huxley, Emersyn, Kalypso, Kolter, Ocean and Amiyah; and his siblings, Lloyd Erpelding (Carolyn) and Donna Platt. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Ann's Church (2747 29th St, Slayton, MN 56172). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
