He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Winner and Lois Winner (Jackson); and his in-laws, Clarence, Jere Ann Shinn and Richard Jabens.
He is survived by: his daughter Cassandra Winner; his little old pal Ollie; his brother Mark Winner (Barbara); his nieces and nephews, Thomas and Makayla; his sister-in-law Linda Jabens Grimm (Larry); his nieces and nephews, Lee, Joel and Hannah Bryan (Joe); Kim (Jabens). He is also survived by two great-nephews and one great-niece; as well as a host of other family members, friends, and neighbors.
