He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Howard and Lois Hoffmann. He is survived by: his son Wesley Howard Hoffmann of Sleepy Eye; his parent Lori Hoffmann of Sleepy Eye; his siblings, Nicole Jaus (Kevin) of Fairfax, Elizabeth Hoffmann (Jeremy) of Sleepy Eye, Brooklyn Hoffmann of Sleepy Eye and Brody Hoffmann of Sleepy Eye; and his extended family, Timothy Black, Melissa, Danielle Lindquist and Dwane Gersch. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
