He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hacker and Nellie Hacker (Roeckers); his wife Mary of Mary's Catholic Church; his children, Jeff, Dean and Lori; and his sister Florence Gewerth.
He is survived by: his son Kevin Hacker (Julie) of Brainerd; his grandchildren, Lucas Hacker (Caitlyn), Kendra Paquin (Tim), Jeff Trebesch and Whitney Trebesch; his great grandchildren, Waylon, Weston and Talon; and his niece Karen. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church - Sleepy Eye (636 1st Ave N, Sleepy Eye, MN 56085). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery - Sleepy Eye (602 St Marys St NE, Sleepy Eye, MN 56085).
