Gerald Piehl Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 11, 2026, at the age of 81, Gerald Piehl of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gerald Piehl to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Piehl and Rose Piehl (Baar); his sister Fran Blank; his brothers-in-law, Dick Blank, Frank Roetzler and Mike Grausam; and his in-laws, Bill and Lettie Turbes.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Turbes; his children, Amy, Katie, Joe (Celsie) and Sam; his grandchildren, Kaylie, Noah and Lincoln; his sisters, Barbara Roetzler and Kathy Grausam; his godchild Krissy Psyck; and his friends, Ed and Roxanne Ecker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Sleepy Eye Honor Guard, St. Mary's High School Science Dept. and Divine Providence.
