She was predeceased by: her father Loren; her grandparents, Dennis Nelson, Nick, Rosemary Mertz, Ed and Julie Blick; her great-aunts, Nicholine Mertz, Inez Mertz, Dolores Regimbal and Mary Jane Baechler; her uncles, Kim Mertz, Nick Mertz III and Lowell Blick; her aunt LuAnn Blick; her cousins, Cole Mertz, Andrew Mertz, Dylan Maas and Charles Blick; and her godfather Gary Blick.
She is survived by: her mother Cheryll; and her sister Kelly. She is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
