She was predeceased by: her father Clarence "Olie" Davis of Sanborn, MN.; her husband Bill Simon; her son Derk Simon; her siblings, Warren Davis, Elmer Davis, Patricia Kirkpatrick and Marilyn Sly; and her parents-in-law, Elmer and Nellie Simon.

She is survived by: her children, Eugenie Simon, Scott Simon, Tamara Watson, Mitchell Simon, Kallan Anderson, Martin Simon, Keiron Simon and Kylie Carlson; and her sister Roberta Duroe. She is also survived by spouses; 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
