With solemn reverence, we commemorate Marlys M. Lochner of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, whose life came to an end on August 21, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Schiroo and Evelyn Schiroo (Bartels); her husband Eugene Lochner of Matthew's Lutheran Church; her brother Darwin Schiroo; and her parents-in-law, George and Esther Lochner.

She is survived by: her daughter Kay Ruden (Brad) of Bruce, SD; her granddaughter Kaitlin Ruden of Brandon, SD; her brother Lyle Schiroo of Shakopee, MN; her niece Donna Miller (John) of Litchfield, MN; and her nephews, Bryan Schiroo (Diana) of Wadena, MN and Mark Schiroo of Hutchinson, MN. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Memorial contributions are preferred to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sleepy Eye or the Sleepy Eye Healthcare Foundation.
