She is survived by: her husband Edward "Spud" Soukup; her children, Pam Penkert (Paul) of New Ulm, Deb Buley (Pat) of Mankato and Tom Soukup (Ed Sepich) of Las Vegas, NV; her sister Barb Mielke (William) of Brookings, SD; her sister-in-law Mary Sellner of Rosemount; her grandchildren, Joey Penkert (Kim), Jeremy Penkert (Katie), Chelsey Hoffmann (Jay) and Riley Buley (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Carter, Avery Penkert, Blaine, Beckett, Baylor Penkert, Everett and Lincoln Hoffmann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
