It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Lenore Johnson of Soudan, Minnesota, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson (Wirtala); her husband Robert Johnson Sr.; her sons, Gerard Johnson (Katharine) and Gordon Johnson; her granddaughter Carey Folman; and her siblings, Stanley Johnson (Helia), William Johnson (Jean), Leona Gridley (William), Loraine Anderson, Elaine Sager and Phoebe Smith (Grant).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Johnson and Richard Johnson (Diane). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
