He was predeceased by: his daughter Christina Roy; his mother Donna Roy; his nephew Daniel Roy; and his brother-in-law Jim Hill. He is survived by: his wife Toody; his children, Patricia Roy of South Carolina, Ashley Clausen (Scott) of North Dakota and Bradley Roy (Clara) of Soudan; his siblings, Pam Hill of Soudan and Mark Roy (Sue) of Georgia; his grandson Easton Clausen; and his niece Samantha Roy (Andrew).
