He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Higgins; his brother Steven; and his brothers-in-law, Terry Mikkelson and David Binczik. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Higgins (Pawlik) of Anoka; his wife Angie of South Haven; his sons, Corey Bartlett of Karlstad and Curtis Dietrich (Jessica) of Coon Rapids; his grandchildren, Theoden and Brand; his siblings, Lynn Mikkelson of Maple Grove, Joan Binczik of Coon Rapids, Scott Higgins (Lynn) of Coon Rapids and Carol Raeker (Bill) of Coon Rapids; and his pets, Shelly and Rex. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel (305 Park St E, Annandale, MN 55302). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
