He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Beatrice (Evans) of Olive Branch, MS and Lloyd Joseph Kelley of Olive Branch, MS; and his brother Ronnie Dale Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Christina Babette Kelley (Bryan); his son Nicolas James Kelley; his brothers, Jeff Kelley (Ronda) and Chris Kelley (Jodi); his niece Maygan Kelley Mark; his nieces, Ginger Kelley Torres (Phil), Margaret (Maggie), Josephine (Kelley) and Flatman (Zachery); his great-niece Mary Evans Kelley; his siblings' children, Derek Kelley, Matt Kelley, Tanner Kelley, Michelle Pouncey (Robert) and Jennifer Easley (David) of Arkansas; Jackie Bea Mark.
A reception will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kandt-Tetrick Funeral Home (140 8th Ave N, South St Paul, MN 55075).
