He was predeceased by: his parents, Lars Wig and Klara Wig (Wiig); his siblings, Margot Tvete (Arnold), Leonard Wig and Lillian Nelson (Luther); and his siblings' children, Leonard E. Wig, Kenneth Wig, Sharon Nelson and Luvern Tvete.
He is survived by: his brother Roger Wig (Cheryl) of Spicer; his great-nephew David Nelson (Sarah) of Spicer; and also, Cadence, Mythias and Milaunia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (310 Medayto Dr, Spicer, MN 56288). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
