He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Elaine; his brothers, Beryl and Wayne; his girlfriend Tammy Christian; and his nephew Jacob.
He is survived by: his daughter Jolene Balfany (Jeremy); his stepchildren, Deanna Thomson (Ken), Danny Smith (Yolonda) and Ben Smith (Katie); his grandchildren, Hunter and Lydia Balfany; his siblings, Laurie Gulbranson (Tom) and Cheryl Cummings (Steve); and his pet Hannah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
