He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith and Marie Smith (Simpson); and his wife Mary Jane Boucher. He is survived by: his children, Greg Smith of Centuria, WI, Shelly Hooper of Silver City, Charolette Jensen (Jack) of Grand Coolie, WA and Michelle Merkel (Mike); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Lucas, Jacque, Stacy, Alex and Olivia; and his siblings, Marion Briggs, Everett Smith, Monica Entsminger and Ramona Atkinson. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
