He is survived by: his wife Patricia Howard (Howard); his children, Mike (Cindy) of Racine, MN, Jennifer Lee (Larry) of Spring Valley, Jon (Sara) of Spring Valley and Lisa Warren of Spring Valley; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kaylee Warren, Nicole, Brianna, Hunter (Dane Aria Canario), Austin Lee, Joshua, Thomas and Jacob Warren; and his sister Sarah Thompson of Mooresville, NC. He is also survived by 5 brothers -in-law, 4 sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
