He was loved and cherished by many people including : his significant other Michele Nagele; his children, Jesse Ptacek (Raychel) and Abby Fessenden (Jak); his grandchildren, Olivia, Milly, Teddy, Nelson and Sameen; his mother Millie Ptacek; his siblings, Kathy Ruesink, Greg Ptacek, Tony Ptacek (Marcia), Debbie Dahl (Jon), Rick Ptacek (Kim), Kirk Ptacek (Marty), Mike Ptacek (Rhonda), Theresa Turner (Bruce), Tommy Ptacek, Darla Bernard (Jeff) and Jeff Ptacek; and his father Joe Ptacek.
