She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Hornick and Pearl Hornick (Bock); her granddaughter Amber Rose; and her sister Lois Hornick. She is survived by: her children, Susan Platz-Cunningham (Terry), Darrell Platz (Jolene), Jane Abel (Mark), Lisa Allen (Larry) and Daniel; and her brothers, Jerry Hornick and Roger Hornick (Jan). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
