Though Noel may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Smith Penk (Rachel Wandell) and Nicole Morstad Dennison (Eric Dennison); his siblings, Jana Kieper (Dave Kieper), Judy Powell, William Penk (Nancy Penk), Dean Penk (Julie Penk) and Dave Penk; and his grandson Oscar Nicholson Penk. He is also survived by his children, his grandchild.
