She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Smekofske and Lucille Smekofske (Walbridge); and her siblings, Mary Lou Westphall (Bill), Donna Rahm, Alvin Riedemann and Walter Beckman.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Riedemann (Nancy), Melissa Mathena (Brian), Rhonda Findell (Joe), Kevin Riedemann (Stephanie) and Anna Spiers (Chris); her siblings, John Smekofske (Kathy), Ardie Stowe (Bob), Rosealie Fleck, Teresa Arkuszewski (Gene) and Chris Albright (Glenn); and her brother-in-law Bob Rahm. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint Peter (1250 S Shore Dr, Forest Lake, MN 55025). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Isanti Union Cemetery (791 Heritage Blvd NE, Isanti, MN 55040).
