He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Wickham and Lila Wickham (Fuhrman); and his wife Patricia Wickham (Patty). He is survived by: his girlfriend Catherine Holker; his stepchildren, Shawn White (Bonnie) and Josi Longbottom; and his siblings, Erv Wickham (Joan), Linda Sullivan (Mike), Ron Wickham (Rhonda) and Paul Wickham (Terri). He is also survived by grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
