“To the Allen Family: Your mom will be missed. Glad she is at peace. I wasn't able to see her in her final days, but really glad that mom had a chance to say goodbye. Your mom was always willing to provide common sense advice to my mom throughout her life. A memory: We knew they were plotting something during the holidays when the two of them needed to go behind closed doors and talk. Sometimes, it seemed that they would never come out of the room, but they eventually did and all was good.”
