He is survived by: his mother Vivian Lewis (Freske) of Alexandria; his son Dylan Lewis of Eagle Bend; his stepchildren, Kayla Thoennes of Brandon, Jeff Hendershot of Dalton and Josh Hendershot of Evansville; his grandchildren, Derek, Emma and Charlie Johanson; his sister Tammy Meyer (Jeff) of Cottage Grove; his niece Trish Lewis Tichnell (Jordan) of Cumberland, Maryland; and his nephew Jacob Lewis (Jamie Glad) of Cumberland, Maryland.
