She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Norbert, Patricia Heltemes and Joe Schornack. She is survived by : her parents, Henry Schornack and Joann Schornack (Heltemes) of Staples; her caregiver Rob; her children, Dylan of Brainerd, Breanna of Brainerd and Alyson of Staples; her siblings, Shannon (Miranda) of Green Bay, Wisconsin and Becky (Mitch) of Clear Lake, Iowa; her grandmother Sue Schornack of Perham; her mother-in-law Candy Hacker of Brainerd; her nephews, Jack, James Schornack of Green Bay, WI, Connor and Brody Plagge of Clear Lake, IA; and her niece Brinley Plagge of Clear Lake, IA. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
