She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin A. Hume and Marion R. Hume (Smisek); her husband Richard Blakeman; her sister Theresa Byrd; her son-in-law Roland Bruzek; her nieces, Vanessa Martin and Angie Schwartz; and her grandson-in-law Josh Grinager.
She is survived by: her sister Lowry; and her children, Cindy Schultz of East Moline, IL, Elizabeth Weinauer (Michael) of Maple Plain, Rebecca Walker of Glenwood, Catherine Blair (Lee) of Bagley, Richard Blakeman (Barb) of Glenwood, Patricia Bruzek of Alexandria, Charmayne "Charlie" Paumen (Bruce) of Glenwood, John E. Morgan (Melody) of Alexandria and Edward Blakeman of Glenwood. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
