He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Olson; his children, Karen Rogalla (John), Angie Cook (Greg), Fay Haataja (Jon), Paul Olson, Audrey Schnabel, Cheri Galyen (Dan) and Shannon Schaefer (Paul); his grandchildren, Mike Rogalla, Brian Rogalla, Kristi Elstad (Rick), Kara Lennartson (Bryan), Justin Cook (Hannah), Andrea Bryant, Zachris Haataja (Tressa), Jacob Haataja (Emily), Andrew Schnabel, Casey Galyen, Brea Galyen (Daniel), Elisa Friday (Nolan), Reed Smith (Makenzie), Shelby Webberly (Joe), Cody Smith, Ava Smith, Caden Smith and Mariah Richardson (Cole); and his sisters, Olive Voeller and Carol Kobberman. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Starbuck Community (307 E 5th St, Starbuck, MN 56381). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
