She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lade and Olga Lade (Lockrem); her sister Bernadean Sausen (Thomas); her half-siblings, Maxine Dolan (James), Albert Lade, Jr. (Rosie), Robert Lade and Carol Russell; and her brothers-in-law, Rob Russell and Otto Knaak.
She is survived by: her husband Elroy Knaak of Stewart, MN; her children, Sherry Knaak of Twin Cities, MN, Nathan Knaak (Katie) of Stewart, MN and Matthew Knaak (Jill) of Omaha, NE; her grandchildren, Violet (Zoe), Tya and Cole; and her great grandchildren, Logan and Riley. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (300 Croyden St, Stewart, MN 55385). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to Buffalo Lake Healthcare Center F.R.E.E. and Family Council.
