He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Turner and Elsie Turner; his siblings, Gale, Bud, Joyce Schwartz, Fern Printz and Zella Tossie; his parents-in-law, Elvin and Doris Skoglund; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Holman and Marian Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Skoglund; his grandchildren, Braden, Blake, Will, Brielle, Elsie, Stella and Carson; his brother Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Huisman, Jean Holman and Steve Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes (5421 Royal Pl NW, Rochester, MN 55901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
