He is survived by: his son Richard "Rich" Rowley (Nicole) of Stewartville; his grandchildren, Payton Rowley of Stewartville and Rhys Rowley of Stewartville; and his siblings, Rose Olmsted of Albert Lea, MN and Edward Rowley (Jan) of Rochester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
