Douglas leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Douglas’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Douglas will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his father Bruce (Linda); and his half-sister Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Gayle Lobitz; his brothers, Stephen (Sarah Johnson) and Jim; his stepbrother Ben; his nieces, Kaija and Annika (Mike Erickson); and his nephew Collin Bushman (Jill). He is also survived by two grandnieces and two grandnephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bradshaw (2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, MN 55082). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
