He was predeceased by : his parents, John H. Rheinberger and Margaret Rheinberger. He is survived by : his wife Karen; his children, Meghan and Paul "Nick" (Kara); his siblings, John, Dr. Thomas (Frances), Mary Ann, Marguerite, Joseph and Paul (Linda); and his aunt Tina. He is also survived by two nephews; three nieces; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to the Valley Outreach food shelf or Belwin Conservancy.

“I stopped by the office in early September just to say hi to Frank and Karen but Karen was not at her desk and Frank came around the back corner of the office and said he could not talk at that time because he had a client there at that time. I worked for his uncle, Joseph Rheinberger, for almost 17 years. Frank handled all of Joe's matters. To say that I was shocked when I read the obits and learned that Frank had passed was totally unreal. Heartfelt sympathy. Mary Schmitt”
